the Orange Bird is a neighbourhood restaurant in the heart of Hillsborough, Sheffield.

Cooking over an open fire, Matt creates innovative, fast-casual food using quality produce and complex processes including Asian pork flatbreads, Koji buttered Sweetcorn, pigs ears. A game changer for the area.

Project.
DED share owners Anne and Matt’s passion for food and were delighted to be invited to work with them on the launch of their new restaurant. DED were commissioned to deliver the whole brand experience from ident to interiors, merch to menus.
